Quickly before getting into the nuts and bolts of digital fulfillment and going to print, I'd like to share with you all The Few and Cursed OverPower campaign now live on KS \o/
OverPower is a Trading Card Game from the 90s that was a huge hit and that's now making an awesome comeback - with characters from The Few and Cursed and yours truly overseeing art direction!

DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION
It is with great joy that I announce digital files have been sent via BackerKit directly to your Kickstarter registered e-mails. All files have been sent with download instructions but here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
1- Check your Spam. E-mails will come from BackerKit and they can end up in your spam or junk folder. Please search for any and all e-mails coming from BackerKit.
2- BackerKit Surveys must have been filed out. I still have 98 backers that have not filled out their surveys yet and without completed surveys no rewards will be sent - digital or otherwise.
If you haven't filled out your survey please click the link below and you'll immediately and automatically get an e-mail with the digital files as soon as you complete them:
If you haven't received the digital files it's probably because you haven't filled out your surveys. If you are still not able to retrieve your personal Survey after clicking the link above please contact me at [email protected] so we can get the good folks over at BackerKit on it.
Last but not least, you all have the files in your e-mails you just need to find it in your inbox or junk folder. I will not send out any download links, digital distribution happens via BackerKit. It's the best way for me to protect the books and make sure everyone downloads their rewards.

FULFILLMENT CALENDAR
Getting all files right took me a bit longer than anticipated but we're finally going to print next week but that shouldn't impact the actual fulfillment dates since the turnaround with the printer is faster than I had allocated time for.
As of right now that's what we're looking at:
April 13th: We go to print
Late April: Printing in China ends, books go to our hubs in the US & UK
Mid-May: Rewards (finally!!) shipped out to all backers
June/July: Fulfillment completed - including replacements!
I cannot wait to see what you all think of Hidden Away. I gave it all on this one, it's got my blood, swear and tears for sure. Please leave comments and feedback when you read it, I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Hey everyone!
I really wanted to have finished up all digital files for fulfillment this week but with all my travels for work and honestly just being absolutely slammed I'm running a few days behind.
That's on anybody else but me and I apologize, I am truly trying my best and I think I've been doing progress catching up to everything.
I have TFAC #11 currently fulfilling, OEJ#4 is next with shipments going out next week, the TFAC Wanted cards campaign going out in April and the Music Project finally shipping as well sometime in the next six to eight weeks.
With Hidden Away in there as well with a fulfillment date of mid-May.
Putting on the finishing touches on the book's design \o/
FULFILLMENT CALENDAR
I think the only thing that will actually be impacted is the digital fulfillment. I have been in touch with my printer in China and we're still all set to go to print and have everything finalized by late April as planned.
As of right now I'm keeping all dates the same but the digital fulfillment:
March 19th: Surveys Locked!
March 27-29th: C2E2 in Chicago \o/
Week of March 30th: We go to print and digital fulfillment happens.

This is a quick reminder BackerKit Surveys will be locking down in about 48hrs on March 19th. Locking Surveys will allow me to finish up the Thank You list and finalize item counts to go to print.

I'm so excited about sending Hidden Away to print, it's been such a long and difficult journey. It truly has. But we did it and the story looks phenomenal, such a great addition to the world and lore of The Few and Cursed \o/

Alright, the Smoke Test has been successful with over 77% of backers filling out the initial Surveys and thankfully just one thing was reported and fixed so it looks like we're all set \o/
As outlined in my previous Update I am sending out all the BackerKit Surveys!
Consider this the official start of the fulfillment of The Few and Cursed: Hidden Away and what's probably the most important step since I need you all to do your part too.
All BACKERKIT SURVEYS HAVE BEEN SENT AND WILL BE LOCKED DOWN ON MARCH 19TH!!
And if you don't fill them out you won't receive any rewards included in your pledge tier - digital files too!
Yep, it's that important.
Shipping has been collected already at the time of the campaign on Kickstarter and international backers will NOT have to pay any VAT or other fees, it's all been taken care of.
I do use BackerKit to tally up every single item we're sending to production, digital fulfillment and it's a vital tool to organize and generate shipping reports to GamesQuest and Laguna Studios.
Without the Surveys filled out, if you don't provide your information on BackerKit, we can't ship you your rewards. If that happens your pledge will be considered a donation to the project and we won't have any obligation of fulfillment.
Please fill out your BackerKit Surveys.
All of you, every single backer, should have received by now e-mails directly from BackerKit asking you to fill out the Surveys. They are easily accessible from the e-mails sent and pretty straightforward, all you gotta do is follow the steps and instructions. No sign-in required.
I will lock down the surveys on March 19th in time to go to print and if you don't get them filled by then you do risk missing out on some of the most limited items. Please fill those sooner than later so I can put in the printing order as accurately as possible.
Also, if you miss the deadline above YOUR NAME WILL NOT BE IN THE THANK YOU PAGE. Last Kickstarter campaigns I had a number of backers ask me why their names weren't in there, well, that's why.
If you haven't received your BackerKit Survey invite please follow these steps:
Keep an eye out on your Spam Folder and/or Junk Mail. E-mails will come either directly from BackerKit or myself (Felipe Cagno) and will say on the subject line Response Needed -- Get your rewards for The Few and Cursed: Hidden Away.
If you don't spot them manually then try using the "Search" feature on your e-mail account page and look for either my name or BackerKit.
*IMPORTANT: Make sure you are checking the right e-mail account. It is the same e-mail you used to register an account on Kickstarter.
Also, if your Kickstarter pledge was made under a "privaterelay.apple.id" email address, you will need to contact me with an alternate email address. This would be the case if you registered to Kickstarter on your iPhone letting the phone set up the account for you.
Backerkit cannot send email or survey links to those addresses, so we will need an alternate to complete your pledge.
If none of the above works then click the link below, hit the "Lost your Survey?" and input your Kickstarter registered e-mail when prompted.
How to Upgrade or Switch your Pledge Level
On the very first screen backers will have the chance to upgrade or switch pledge levels. There is a little clickable button that says "or switch your pledge level" just underneath the big green Get Started! button as pictured below.
If you would like to go for a higher tier the system will charge you the difference at the end of the process and if you pledged for one of the top tiers already but would like to spend the cash in a different way then the system will use the overpaid difference as extra credit to be used towards Add-ons.

Alright, now we are cooking!
The Smoke Test has finally be sent to about ~5% of the total number of backers and as soon as we get them filled out and make sure everything is working, all surveys will be distributed.
WHAT IS THE SMOKE TEST?
Not risking to be repetitive but here is all the info again on the Smoke Test :)
The smoke test is a period where ~5% of the backers are randomly chosen to receive the surveys first in order to make sure everything is running smoothly or address any questions if needed.
Backerkit usually suggests waiting until 75% of those are complete, roughly 48 to 72hours, before sending the rest, so we are right on time to send all surveys to everyone next week at the latest.
If you are among those 5%, please fill out your survey so that the smoke test isn't held up!

I will be back in touch again as soon as all BackerKit Surveys have been distributed. It's always exciting fulfilling a campaign and I'm over the moon we're finally moving with Hidden Away.
